Mrs. Bulliner 2023-2024

        Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year at James Hart School.  My name is Paula Bulliner and I will be your child’s case manager/teacher for the school year.  This is my fifteenth  year working for the Homewood School District, but I am beginning my 35th year of teaching.  As a case manager, I will provide support and assistance to your child so that he/she can have a positive and successful learning experience.  I work with the classroom teachers to help students understand lessons taught in the classroom, encourage completion of assignments, help study for tests, and provide accommodations to aid in the learning process.  Together, we can help your student succeed.  I will also be teaching the core classes for some of the students. 

     Over the years I have observed the various roles that parents take with their child’s education.  I can tell you that, “You are the most important person in your child’s life.”  Your continued encouragement and support makes all the difference.
