Bienvenue chez Madame Noble. Vive le Français!
Bonjour! I'm thrilled to serve as James Hart's 7th and 8th grade French teacher. In addition, I have joined the fantastic 6th grade ELA team. This is my eleventh year of teaching and my thirteenth year of tutoring. I received my degree in 1996 from Millikin University and l'Université de Nantes. Those who know me know that I am passionate about all things French. Hence, I am looking forward to growing the French program at JHS. My family resides in Homewood and my children are students in 153 and 233 schools.
For my Frenchies, my overall goal is to teach them to be global francophones. In French class, we will develop and hone our reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. We will spend two years completing the HFHS French I curriculum, permitting Freshman to begin at the French II Honors or CP level.
For my ELA students, my overall goal is to teach them the power of words. As in my French classes, we will develop and hone our reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Students should emerge from this ELA class with greater ease of expression.
