Ms. Olsen

Hello! I am Ms. Olsen and I am excited to be starting my first year at James Hart and my 21st year as a music teacher. I will be teaching 6th Grade Choir as well as Panther (7th and 8th Grade) Choir. I grew up in Homewood and music has always been an important part of my life. I started piano lessons when I was 3 and in 5th grade I started playing the clarinet and flute. After high school I attended the University of Illinois for music education. Music is an important part of my everyday life and I feel lucky to be able to share it with all students!
