Welcome to James Hart!
Hello and welcome to 6th Grade!!! My name is Ms. Hopkins and I am the Honors Reading/ELA and Science teacher for Team 6C. This is my fourth year of teaching and my third year at James Hart.
I truly enjoy being a part of our Homewood School District 153 family. It is an amazing district to be a part of. The families, students and staff make this the best place to work. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my mom and sister. I also enjoy time in my garden, reading book series and learning new things.
Along with my fellow sixth grade teachers, we will be reinforcing positive learning for your child. This school year will be much different for all of us but together we will get through this!
